1. License grant

A successful purchase grants only the rights stated in the applicable Chhoobighor license. Ownership of the underlying copyright does not automatically transfer to the customer.

2. Prohibited uses

Do not resell or redistribute an image as a standalone asset, claim it as your own original work, or use it in a way that violates law, privacy, publicity, intellectual-property or other third-party rights.

3. Model / property rights

Where an image includes people, brands, private property or other protected material, the customer is responsible for confirming that the selected use is appropriate for the intended project.

4. Download and records

Keep your order, invoice and license information. Chhoobighor may record transaction and download information for account, licensing, fraud-prevention and support purposes.

An order is treated as paid only after the selected gateway or authorized payment partner confirms the transaction, or after Chhoobighor completes any required verification.

2. Bangladesh payment methods

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Bangla QR, TakaPay and other supported domestic methods may be available for eligible Bangladesh customers. Availability, transaction limits, fees and settlement timing depend on the authorized provider and current rules.

3. International payments

International card or other cross-border methods may be offered where the merchant, bank and payment provider are authorized to support the transaction. Cross-border settlement and foreign-exchange requirements may apply.

4. Failed, reversed or disputed payments

A failed, cancelled, reversed, chargeback or disputed transaction does not constitute successful payment until its status is resolved. Chhoobighor may suspend delivery or access while a payment is pending or disputed.

5. Fees and currency

The checkout amount, applicable taxes and any disclosed service charges will be shown before payment. Banks, card issuers or payment providers may apply their own charges or exchange-rate adjustments.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to the applicable Chhoobighor order, license and refund policy and any mandatory rights under applicable law. Digital downloads may have special refund conditions.

7. Security

Chhoobighor staff will not ask customers to disclose payment PINs, passwords, CVV values or OTPs by email, phone or chat. Customers should complete authentication only in the authorized payment flow.

8. Regulatory basis

The production payment implementation should use an appropriately authorized bank, Payment Service Provider (PSP), Payment System Operator (PSO) or other permitted payment arrangement and should be updated whenever Bangladesh Bank or another competent authority changes applicable rules.

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting their login credentials. Suspected unauthorized access should be reported promptly.

4. Acceptable use

Users must not use the service for unlawful activity, infringement, fraud, harassment, unauthorized scraping, redistribution of protected assets or attempts to compromise the website or payment systems.

5. Orders and digital delivery

Digital delivery may depend on successful payment, account status, licensing checks and technical availability. Chhoobighor may correct obvious pricing or catalog errors before confirming an order.

6. Third-party services

Payment gateways, banks, hosting services and other third parties may have separate terms. Chhoobighor is not responsible for an independent third-party outage or policy outside its reasonable control.

7. Changes and termination
